We would like to point out that Capt. J's Hurricane has no influence on how such social media platforms handle personal data.

Personal data that we process
Capt. J's Hurricane processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself. The personal data that we may process are:

We process this data if you send a message to our website or our email address.
Personal data is stored for a maximum of 4 weeks, unless longer is necessary.
We do not process any personal data when you visit our company at the Paleisring. However, camera recordings are made which are stored on a hard drive for 2 weeks for possible claims by the police. In addition, photos and/or video recordings are regularly made in our company or on the terrace. These photos and videos are published on our website and social media channels. By using our services and staying at our company or on our terrace, you agree that we make such recordings. If you have a special reason why a posted photo or video must be deleted, you can make this known to us via hurricane@tikiroom.nl. State which photo or video it concerns and on which channel this photo or video was published.
To be clear: "I don't look good on it" or "no one should know I was here" are not special reasons
If you pay by means of a (contactless) debit card payment, that data will be processed by MyPOS. Capt. J's Hurricane does not have access to bank details. All debit card payments are transferred in 1 transaction by MyPOS to Capt. J's Hurricane, so that no personal information is known to us. Capt. J's Hurricane has no influence on the processing of personal data by My POS.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot always check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at hurricane@tikiroom.nl and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data
Capt. J's Hurricane processes your personal data to be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to carry out our services. This includes responses to questions or orders (tickets) via the website.
